This notice explains how Midlands Property Cleaning, run by Dean Johnson as a sole trader in Nottingham, uses your information.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode, the type of clean you need and any details you give us.

Why we use it

To give you a quote, arrange your clean and contact you about it. Our lawful basis is your request for a quote (steps before entering a contract) and, once you book, our contract with you.

Who we share it with

Only with the cleaner who carries out your job, and with Formspree, the service that processes our forms. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing dean@midlandspropertycleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
