Typical prices
As a rough guide, a studio or 1-bed flat often costs £140 to £200. A 2-bed is often £180 to £270, a 3-bed house £240 to £350 and a 4-bed £320 to £480. These are guide ranges, not quotes. The exact price depends on the property.
What pushes the price up
More bathrooms, a very dirty oven, heavy limescale, pet hair, and add-ons like outside windows. Short-notice bookings in June and July, when student tenancies end, can also cost more.
What keeps it down
An empty property, clear access and parking, and a realistic description of the condition. If you send photos, we can quote more accurately and you avoid surprises on the day.
Getting a fair quote
Ask what's included, whether the price is fixed or hourly, and whether there's a re-clean guarantee if the agent flags something. A clear, fixed quote up front means no surprises on the day.
